Mr. Simo is a Consultant Otorhinolaryngologist Head and Neck Surgeon at Guy’s and St Thomas’ Hospital. He has a dedicated practice to head and neck oncological surgery and thyroid surgery

He graduated from the University of Barcelona in 1988, he did his specialty training in Nottingham, Manchester and Philadelphia.

He has published 106 articles, authored 17 chapters as well contributing to guidelines in head and neck and thyroid cancer.

He is a Senior Lecturer at KCL Medical School and a faculty member of several national and international courses. He is a reviewer for several specialty journals and has been an invited speaker in national and international conferences.

He is the President of the European Laryngological Society, Board Member and Examiner of the European Board of Otorhinolaryngology, Member of the International Head and Neck Scientific Group and Head and Neck Editor of the Journal of the ENT Masterclass.
